Melchior Selected Trust: Global Active Fund (MSTGAF)
Andrew Dalton and Rupert Caldecott have been managing the Global Active Fund for Dalton Strategic Partnership (DSP) since the fund’s launch in July 2009. The same strategy has been used for managing segregated accounts since November 2006.
The managers’ aim is to deliver consistent, absolute returns by actively allocating between different asset classes; predominantly equities, bonds and cash. The fund combines a top down country and sector allocation with bottom-up stock selection. This process seeks to deliver positive returns throughout the economic and stock market cycle.
