Melchior Selected Trust Global Balanced Fund (MSTGBF)
Andrew Dalton and Rupert Caldecott have been managing the MSTGBF for Dalton Strategic Partnership (DSP) since the fund’s launch in July 2009. The same strategy has been used for managing segregated accounts since March 2007.
The managers’ aim is to deliver consistent, positive returns within a moderate risk framework by creating a balanced portfolio of Global equities, hedge funds, bonds and cash. The fund uses a top down country and sector allocation combined with our in-house managers’ bottom-up stock selection skills. This process seeks to accrue positive outperformance from both the asset allocation and stock selection in equal measure to create a balanced risk portfolio.
