Management Fee

 

i)  in the case of DSP funds, solely the management fee within the funds.

 

ii)  in the respect of other portfolio assets, ½% per annum.

 

Administration, Custody and Transaction Charges

 

i)  levied by Adam and Co. and charged directly to the client. See Below

 

 

Custodian’s Fees

Banking, Custody and Administration:0.15% per annum of the mid market value of the Fund Charge semi annually in arrears.
  
Transactions: 
UK registered securities£20 per transaction
Overseas registered securities£30 per transaction
 Charges are payable on each transaction and will be added to the cost or deducted from the proceeds of transactions on each settlement date.
  
Divided Collection: 
UK registered securitiesNo charge
Overseas registered securities2% of gross (£5 minimum)
 Charges are deduced from the distribution on the dates received.
