Gemma Bainbridge Investment Experience:  9 Years Dalton Strategic Partnership: 4 Years (Partner) Focus: Chief Financial Officer Gemma has been responsible for Group Finance at Dalton Strategic Partnership since May 2004.  Prior to joining DSP, Gemma worked for Ernst & Young LLP for 5 years where she specialised in the Alternative Investment Management sector.  Gemma is an ACCA qualified Accountant.

Rupert Mahon Investment Experience:  9 Years Dalton Strategic Partnership: 2 Years (Partner) Focus: General Counsel Rupert Mahon, Partner, business and product development, product launches and is responsible for legal affairs as General Counsel of the firm.  Rupert qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and worked in private practice in London until 2004 when he set up a niche financial strategy business developing and marketing specialist collective investments in conjunction with financial institutions.  Rupert joined Dalton Strategic Partnership in January 2006.
