Andrew Dalton Investment Experience: 36years DSP: 8 years (Partner) Focus: Top Down Managing Partner, CIO DSP, Manager Melchior Global Macro Fund, MST Sterling Global Opportunities Fund, MST Sterling Global Balanced Fund, MST Asian Global Opportunities Fund and MST Asian Global Balanced Fund. Andrew was with S G Warburg & Co. Ltd, Mercury Asset Management Group Plc and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers for 30 years. Latterly he headed that firm’s Total Return Team. He was an executive director of Mercury Asset Management Group plc from its establishment in 1987 until its sale in 1997 and Vice Chairman of its principal operating subsidiary, Mercury Asset Management plc.

Rupert Caldecott DSP: 1 year (Partner) Focus: Business Development - Family Offices and Private Clients Partner, head of UK private clients. Rupert worked for the Schroder group for twenty eight years, including periods as managing director of its securities and private wealth management businesses. He spent some years in Australia, Singapore and Japan.   He was latterly a director of Cazenove Capital Management working on a wide range of private client portfolios. He serves on the investment Committee of several substantial charities. He has a degree in Modern languages from Worcester College, Oxford.

John Cotton DSP: 5 years (Partner) Focus: Business Development - Family Offices and Private Clients John has worked principally on business development and relationship management globally since October 2003.  Between 1981 and 1992 he created, as its Managing Director, a private banking group in London, the Channel Islands and Nassau for the Banque Belge Group (now Mees Pierson/Fortis).  From 1992 over the next eleven years he was a Managing Director of Mercury Asset Management, and, after its acquisition, by Merrill Lynch Investment Managers developing its private client and family office business domestically and across the world.  In both these positions he travelled frequently in South East Asia and was, inter alia, a Director of Mercury's Hong Kong subsidiary.
